Monitor stations online streaming audio for quality.
Work with sales, promotions and programming
Responsible for all station-related Email newsletters.
Updates website information and illustration.
Assist with data entry and other database related tasks.
Implement national internet initiatives on the local level.
Required Skills/Education & Certification:
High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
Ability to write HTML, as well as operate within the templates used by Clear Channel Online Music and Radio.
Photoshop experience and strong print-style writing skills.
Knowledge of Flash, Java, PHP.

Primary responsibility will be to work with account executives and clients to ensure that client invoices are paid in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Responsible for managing and maintaining our Accounts Receivable list to company standards.
Review client credit applications and check credit references to determine whether or not credit will be approved.
Assist with mailing monthly invoices/statements and handle in bound calls related to collections, invoices and statements.
Excellent phone and communication skills with strong computer background and experience with financial software applications needed.

Job description: Clear Channel radio seeks an Executive Sales Assistant who has strong organizational skills and experience preferably in radio and/or media sales. This individual will report directly to the station general sales manager and support multiple sales teams. The qualified candidate should be a team-oriented person who is proficient in Windows based programs including Excel, Word and Power Point. Primary job duties include developing sales reports, sales presentations and media kits, answering phones, coordinating details of selected radio station events and other internal sales initiatives, etc.
