ARIEL WINTER: Staying With Sister for Now
Modern Family star Ariel Winter will remain with her sister under temporary guardianship and her case will be set for trial, a judge ruled today (Tuesday).
The judge said the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services found physical abuse allegations made by the 14-year-old against her mother inconclusive and emotional abuse allegations substantiated. The department said the judge should should strip Chrystal Workman of custody and award permanent guardianship to Ariel's older sister.
Workman had custody of her daughter temporarily stripped in early October. She denies all accusations of abuse.
KHLOE KARDASHIAN: Suspicious White Powder Sent to Co-Host
A letter containing a suspicious white powder addressed to Khloe Kardashian was sent today (Tuesday) to CBS, where The X Factor is taped.
Sources tell TMZ that it was determined the powder was harmless and that a letter was also inside the envelope. The FBI is investigating.
This is the third time a suspicious white powder was sent to the CBS studio. Two letters were sent to Bristol Palin when she appeared on Dancing With the Stars. Both those times the white substance turned out to be harmless talcum powder.
