We meet again, Monday. And no offense, but we're already looking forward to the weekend. Lucky for us, there's a lot to do this week to make it fly by. 

Vanessa Del Fierro and Mariachi Las Coronelas @ Jazz, TX (Tuesday). San Antonio's all-female eclectic Mexican/American mariachi band playing in the basement of the Bottling Department at the historic Pearl Brewery.

Andrew Dice Clay @ AT&T Center. One of America's most controversial and outrageous comics will be in town for two nights of shows this Thursday and Friday

Citizen Cope @ Gruene Hall (Thursday). The innovative singer-songwriter is back on the road after a prolonged absence to promote his latest albumsHeroin and HelicoptersThe Pull of Niagara Falls,and more at the historic hill country venue.

Movements Live @ VIBES Event Center (Friday). Post-hardcore four-piece + special guests Cheridomingo and Soft Blue Shimmer teamed up for a summer thrasher.

Iliza Shlesinger @ The Tobin Center (Friday). Fellow Texan, comedian, actress, and television host is Back In Action with new material for her fans. She'll be performing an early AND a late show. 

Summer Concert Series: Collective Dreams with Secretkink @ Cherrity Bar (Saturday). An exciting night of jams with two of San Antonio's most melodic and intense bands in an open-air setting. Plus, food and drinks provided by Kuriya.

Pop 2000 Tour Hosted by Lance Bass ft. O-Town, Ryan Cabrera, and LFO @ TSR Texas Ski Ranch (Saturday). A special throwback show hosted by Lance Bass of *NSYNC and featuring some early 2000s pop stars.

Steve Earle & The Dukes @ John T. Floore Country Store (Saturday). San Antonio's own is back in his old stomping grounds for an intimate night of performing his classics plus his latest album, J.T.

Descendents and the Menzingers @ Paper Tiger (Saturday). Pop-punk royalty slamming the PT stage with new tunes from their latest LP plus past faves. Unfortunately, this show is sold out but sometimes miracles happen and tickets open up. 

Locals Day @ Briscoe Western Art Museum (Sunday). 50% discount off general admission for all San Antonio and Bexar County residents wanting to experience the culture and art of the West.
